DONATION INFORMATION & PRIVACY POLICY

All donations to be made to: The Brain Medicine Institute & Education - Research Center.

All donations are tax deductible & can be anonymous or public. At this time, we are currently processing donations up to $10,000 USD via our website; donors may choose between using credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay & Venmo as online payment options. For donations above $10,000 USD, or with any additional questions, please contact Dr. Senno via email at senno@brainmedicineinstitute.org or via phone at (847) 373 - 9607 to discuss further details.

After your donation, you will receive an email receipt indicating donation amount, date, active 501(c)(3) status & other relevant information. Please keep this email for your records. The lifespan of all donation elements &/or namesake will be in perpetuity.

Donations for specific elements such as: entire center, sites, locations, programs, wings, or any other donation possibilities are on a first come - first choose basis. Limit of number of trees, benches, gazebos & other donor elements or element possibilities to be determined. Donation dollar amounts are based on 2022 USD, current proposed location & current design. Your donation now will ensure your donation element choice. It is expected that the institute will open its doors in approximately 2028. Opening may be on a staggered basis. Donation contracts specifying details (ie. use of monies, budget, plaques, lettering, ceremonies, logos, return of monies, etc.) to be determined at time of donation. If changes occur to institute location &/or designs, donation monetary value for selected elements are subject to change as well.

Donor Information & Privacy Policy: Personal information will never be sold, shared or discussed with third parties. Donor Information will remain confidential.
